Working with Sota Construction and Desmone as the architect on a project that’s experienced plenty of ups and downs, Tillman and his Bridging the Gap LLC are now poised to push forward with converting the former Miller Elementary School in the Crawford Roberts section of the Hill District into a 42-unit apartment building.
