Fifth & Dinwiddie Investing in Sustainability

3D Render of Fifth & Dinwiddie East Project

Bridging the Gap is proud to announce that they were awarded LISC funding for the Fifth Avenue anchor project. The $51 Million development is a combination of new construction and existing building reuse in the exciting Uptown area of Pittsburgh. Fifth & Dinwiddie straddles two properties that sit across Dinwiddie Street from each other- highlights of both multi-use properties are a mix of market rate and affordable housing, outdoor life style space, community art installations as well as ground level retail. Both buildings are targeting Passive House certification, RESET Air certification and Fitwel certification. The project is supported by the URA who awarded Bridging The Gap the project.
